Meeting location with overnight stay

At our meeting location in Twente we offer various multi-day meeting packages in combination with a stay at our four star hotel. This allows you to enjoy a quiet drink in your own room after the meeting session or active meeting beak. Our meeting packages with hotel stay vary from 36 to 72 hours and can of course be extended or adjusted as desired. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

Multi-day meeting package

Below are the contents of our meeting package including overnight stay:

Reception with coffee, tea and Twente currant cake
Unlimited coffee, tea and biscuits during the meeting
Lunch buffet and three-course dinner in our restaurant on the day of arrival
Breakfast, lunch and three-course dinner on the intervening days
Breakfast buffet and lunch buffet on the day of departure
Overnight stay at the four-star hotel.

Meeting breaks

It is also possible to hold a meeting in Twente in combination with a recreational or teambuilding programme. We work together with various artists, theatre, music and activity agencies. We can, for instance, offer you the following programmes in addition to the meeting break in Twente:

Active team programme at the outdoor challenge park, creative programme with music, dance, painting or sculpture or for example teambuilding with sheep herding or a relaxing yoga-mindfullness workshop in our own yoga studio. Under activities you will find an overview of these and other programmes.

Gelderman Hall

Capacity: up to 40 persons

Size: 85m2

This 85 sq. m. air-conditioned meeting room can accommodate 40 people in theatre-style seating or 28 people in round seating. The tables in this meeting room can be moved to quickly create a different meeting setup.

Springerzaal

Capacity: up to 20 persons

Size: 60m2

This air-conditioned meeting room of 60 m2 can accommodate up to 20 people in round seating. The tables in this meeting room can easily be moved, so that a different meeting arrangement is quickly possible.

Muller Hall

Capacity: up to 12 persons

Size: 50m2

Deze airconditioned vergaderzaal, met een vloeroppervlakte van 50 m2, beschikt over losse tafels, geschikt tot 12 personen. Deze ruimte is ook geschikt als subzaal bij een vergadering of training.

Lounge

Capacity: up to 16 persons

Size: 40 m2

Deze airconditioned vergaderzaal van circa 40 m² is geschikt voor groepen tot 16 personen en beschikt over een groot flatscreen-tv voor presentaties. De zaal bevindt zich op de begane grond en heeft openslaande deuren naar buiten.

Ervezaal

Capacity: up to 150 people

Size: 120m2

The restaurant room is suitable as a plenary meeting room. In theatre arrangement, this room is suitable for groups of 40 to 100 people.

Dressing room

Capacity: up to 12 persons

Size: 35m2

Deze authentieke boerenkamer van 35 m2 is geschikt tot 12 deelnemers. Deze ruimte is ook geschikt als subzaal bij een vergadering of training.

Potting shed

Capaciteit: tot 32 personen

Size: 40m2

Deze sfeervolle vergaderzaal met de ambiance van een grand café is geschikt voor groepen tot 16 personen. Bij mooi weer kunnen de deuren naar buiten worden geopend, die toegang geven tot een eigen terrasje.

Yoga room

Capacity: up to 18 people

Size: 60m2
