Our four-star hotel has 33 rooms, eight of which have an extra bedroom. A maximum of 82 guests can stay overnight in our hotel. We offer various two- and three-day group arrangements with overnight stay in our hotel.
When you book a room in our hotel, breakfast is always included. Every morning, our bread rolls are freshly baked and you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea. When the weather is nice, you can also sit on the terrace at the Springer pond.

All bathrooms are equipped with a relaxing rain shower and a hairdryer. Our junior suites have a lovely free-standing bath in the bedroom and our luxury suite has a large, romantic whirlpool bath!
In addition to the whirlpool bath, the luxury suite is also equipped with a two-person infrared sauna. The sauna 'Saré' is also within walking distance. In cooperation with this sauna, we offer relaxed wellness packages.
Are you staying in our hotel for a longer period of time? Then we offer a laundry service for €12.50 per wash. The laundry will be folded and ironed and returned to your room. It is also possible to use your own iron and ironing board. Ask at the reception for more information.
In our hotel and restaurant you can make use of unlimited free WiFi. This way you can stay online at all times on your laptop, tablet or smartphone. The network is open to all our guests, so logging in is not necessary!
All our rooms are equipped with a Nespresso machine and a kettle. Coffee cups and tea bags are replenished daily so that you can always enjoy a hot drink in your room.
For disabled people we have a disabled toilet and shower. This is located on the ground floor and is accessible from one of our rooms and from the hall. Our hotel is also equipped with a lift. So all our rooms are accessible for everyone.
All our rooms are equipped with a flat screen LED TV with all standard channels. There is also a small fridge in the room. This can be switched on or off manually during your stay. Each room also has a laptop safe. This can be opened and closed with a personalised code.
Dogs are allowed in some rooms of our hotel. However, we charge a surcharge for the stay of the dog. The other rooms of our hotel are pet-free.
In cooperation with 'Plaza Fit & Health club' in Oldenzaal, you can buy a voucher for a day pass at our reception. The sports club is 2.5 km from our hotel.
