Hotel Erve Hulsbeek is a charming four-star superior family hotel, beautifully situated in the Het Hulsbeek recreational area in Oldenzaal.
With 33 luxury hotel rooms, a restaurant, and a variety of meeting and event facilities, we welcome a diverse range of guests—from a relaxed lunch or a sumptuous dinner to business meetings, weddings, and parties.

What are you going to do?
No two days are the same here! You’ll be actively working in our restaurant and, together with your coworkers, ensuring that our guests have a wonderful experience.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Independently manage and coordinate restaurant operations.
- Greeting and serving guests during lunch, dinner, and events.
- Monitoring quality, hospitality, and progress during service.
- Preparing and setting up the mise-en-place in the restaurant and dining rooms.
- Coordinate tasks with the kitchen and coworkers.
- Identifying and independently resolving questions or issues.
- Contribute ideas for improvements in daily work.
- Over time, take on increasing responsibility for mentoring and managing colleagues.
You actively participate on the shop floor, but at the same time maintain an overview.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced hospitality employee with a welcoming attitude, who can work independently and is eager to advance their career.
What is important to us?
- You have proven experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hotel.
- You can work a restaurant shift on your own and know what's involved.
- You are hospitable, presentable, and a strong communicator.
- You'll stay on top of things, even during busy times.
- You take the initiative, identify what needs to be done, and tackle it on your own.
- You enjoy working with others and know how to inspire your colleagues in a positive way.
- You are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and during events.
- You have the ambition to continue developing yourself and possibly advance to a leadership role.
Management experience is not required. We value your practical experience, independence, and motivation more than a specific job title or educational background.
